Our Faculty

Dr. Andrene Maria Monk is a teacher of leaders and has trained thousands of people over her years as an ordained fivefold ministry gift of “teacher”. She is currently the Executive Director of Education at Christian Life Center Worldwide serving as director of Life Bible Institute, Life Academy Early Learning Center, Discipleship Training, and Ministerial Ordination and Licensing Academy. In addition to teaching God’s Word to adults, she is passionate about nurturing, caring for, loving, and teaching children. She was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and was ordained by Bishop Keith A. Butler, Word of Faith International Christian Center. Bishop Butler relocated her to Georgia in December 1995, and to Tampa, Florida in 2000, to help plant churches under his apostolic leadership. She attended Rhema Bible College, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, William Tyndale College in Southfield, Michigan, the University of Michigan and Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, Lighthouse Bible College in Beebe Arkansas, and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel). Dr. Monk received a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education, a Master’s Degree in Theology, and a Doctor of Theology degree. Dr. Monk has earned a certificate in the Hebrew language and culture from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel) and received her Childcare Development Associate certification, and her Early Childhood Development Director’s certification. She has been serving in The Kingdom of God since 1990 and has assisted in establishing several churches, ministries, children’s ministries, early learning centers, and Bible Colleges throughout the United States, obtaining licensing and accreditation for each school. She has also established several Georgia Lottery Pre-K centers.

As Executive Administrative Pastor of Christian Life Center Worldwide, Pastor Jason Floyd is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of church staff, leading all functional areas in the accomplishment of the church's mission to help people discover God, discover their purpose, and discover their best life. This includes weekly operations, strategic planning, administration, ministry management and oversight of pastoral care. He holds his undergraduate degree in business management from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Management from University of Phoenix, a bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Pneuma School of The Bible and is currently enrolled in Lancaster Bible Institute pursuing his Masters in Theology and Biblical Studies.

Felton V. Wright, Jr., affectionately known as Brother Felton, was raised in a Pentecostal background in Detroit, Michigan. His family was deeply involved in the life of the Church, as his grandparents, father, mother, uncles and aunts served in various ministry roles. Brother Felton graduated from Michigan State University in 1977, and from Rhema Bible College, Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1980. Much of his life has been invested in a very successful career in the corporate environment as a sales professional with several well-known companies including Pitney Bowes, 3M, Schwan Foods, and Signarama! Brother Wright operates in the ministry gift of Teacher and is also gifted as a keyboard musician. He was ordained as an Elder at Jubilee Christian Church of Detroit in 1989 and has served as an Elder in the Church of God in Christ, under the leadership of the current presiding pastor Bishop J. Drew Sheard. He has served in various ministry capacities at several other organizations including Michigan State University’s Black Orpheus Gospel Choir, DeColores Ecumenical Retreats of Southeast Michigan, and churches in Manchester New Hampshire and Detroit Michigan. Brother Wright currently serves at Christian Life Center Worldwide wherever a need arises!

Dr. Linda Fae Aiken has the ministry gift of a giver and a helper. She has always had a passion to lift the burdens from other people since she was a child. Whether the burdens are physical, financial, emotional or spiritual, she believes that GOD has prepared her for His guided journey through her life from the steps of Amityville High School on Long Island, New York, through the doors of Mercy College School of Nursing in Detroit. Dr. Aiken holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Health Services. Continuing with a series six designation in finances, she also has a license in Real Estate; and a Doctor of Theology Degree from Tabernacle of Theology Seminary. Dr. Aiken has been a Bible teacher for over fifty years with a basic knowledge of the Hebrew language.
