Our Faculty

Minister Erin Floyd is a prophetic voice, teacher, author, and mentor called to equip Believers to walk in purpose, and lead with clarity and authority. With a strong foundation in Scripture and years of ministry experience, Erin carries a distinct prophetic gift marked by accuracy, wisdom, and the ability to make complex spiritual truths simple and actionable.

Erin holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies with a concentration in Church Administration, an Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies with a concentration in Christian Counseling, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology.

With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in banking and finance, Erin serves as a Senior Vice President, carrying a unique grace to translate Kingdom principles into practical leadership for both sacred and secular spaces. Her experience in training and development has positioned her to build, strengthen, and deploy leaders within the Church and beyond its walls.
